Ban for any kind of fires
Until further notice
Because of the drought and to decrease fire risks, the Council of State forbids the outdoor fires and usage of pyrotechnic machines of entertainment on the whole cantonal territory. This ban comes into effect from today and for indefinite duration. The Municipality of Ormont-Dessus however selected places where fireworks will be authorized on August 1st:
- Vers-L'Eglise; Pré de foire - Next to the station
- Les Diablerets; Chemin des Grandes Iles - Parking of la maison des congrès
- Isenau; Place in front of the restaurant
